Per the HR handbook section 4 part B relating to social media policies, as long as I do not specifically call out the frim, its employees, or advocate for anything unsavory that casts a negative light on the firm or its employees, this is acceptable personal social media use.
Does this website violate any HR policies around office dating?
As I will not be circulating this around the office or during business hours, it is unlikely that I would fall afoul of our policies or any federal, state, or local laws.
Furthermore, I am not interested in dating any co-workers, so you need not worry about that.
What is the section dedicated to hiring managers?
Don't worry about that.
